Yulia is our hard working Surgical Coordinator. Originally from the Ukraine, she has been living in the States for over 20 years. She is there for her patients every step of the way, from pre-op to post-op care. She is also at the surgical center the day of your surgery to make sure everything runs smoothly for you.
Victoria, our Reception Manager, greets all of our patients with a warm, welcoming smile; she is the first person our patients see upon entering BEI, and she's often the last person they see just before leaving. As the bookends to the service at BEI, it is her responsibility to schedule and configure daily appointments in order to minimize patient wait times. Victoria is fluent in English, Russian, and Japanese; she also loves to travel, particularly to Japan and its surrounding islands.
Svetlana is our Lead Ophthalmic Technician. Through her years of experience, she has developed an almost encyclopedic knowledge of optical, ocular, and systemic disorders and the treatments thereof. This incredible base of expertise serves to supplement her innate personable demeanor. She assists 
Alla is another of our ophthalmic technicians; she has also been trained by Dr. Benjamin and Svetlana. She also has full knowledge in the function and implementation of our myriad of diagnostic tools within the Institute. When not helping patients at BEI, Alla likes to spend time at home with her 5 year old son, Allen.
