LASIK is a great way for people to see life without the demands of glasses or the annoyance of contact lenses. Now with the advancement of all-laser LASIK, the procedure is even more precise and customizable. However, not everyone is a great LASIK candidate.
In order to determine your LASIK candidacy it is important to have a thorough evaluation by our LASIK surgeon, Dr. Arthur Benjamin. During your initial visit with us, you will be personally evaluated and counseled by our LASIK team which includes our knowledgeable technicians and Dr. Benjamin himself.
HOW TO PREPARE:
czczIn order to prepare for your consultation, please come with your contact lenses out and wear your glasses instead. If you do not have a pair of glasses, come in your contacts. You will be able to remove them from the office. You may bring a lens case or we can provide one for you.
Additionally, patients should arrive with questions to ask Dr. Benjamin. Having all of your LASIK questions answered will help you be more comfortable and knowledgeable during the consultation, and could help reduce any anxiety you may be feeling. At Benjamin Eye Institute, we want you to feel safe and comfortable, and having all of your questions answered is just one way in which we accomplish this.
